Computer Showcase was founded in 1990 and has spent more than three decades helping organizations use technology to improve productivity, security, and business operations. We provide comprehensive IT solutions throughout the entire technology lifecycle, including strategic planning and budgeting, infrastructure design and implementation, cybersecurity, cloud services, Microsoft 365 solutions, and ongoing support.

Meet Mark
Mark founded Computer Showcase and is passionate about helping organizations use technology to achieve their business goals. With more than three decades of experience, he works closely with clients on strategic planning, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, budgeting, and technology roadmaps. Outside of work, Mark enjoys golf, fishing, skiing, backpacking, boating, live music, and reading. He is a former Scoutmaster. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
Meet Pat
Pat focuses on compliance, risk management, and operational processes. He helps clients and the organization navigate legal, regulatory, and industry requirements while ensuring policies and procedures remain effective and practical. Outside of work, Pat enjoys home improvement projects, live music, and spending time with his wife, four daughters, and son.
Meet Brian
Brian is passionate about networking and infrastructure. He designs, implements, and maintains reliable network environments that keep clients connected, secure, and productive. His expertise helps organizations reduce downtime and maximize the value of their technology investments. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dogs.
Meet Gene
Gene specializes in compliance, governance, and documentation. He works to ensure organizations meet industry requirements while maintaining practical and effective operational standards. Outside of work, Gene enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Meet Andrew
Andrew specializes in cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions. He helps clients maximize cloud computing benefits with secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that improve collaboration, accessibility, and business continuity. In his free time, Andrew enjoys video games.
Meet Sophie
Sophie is committed to building secure digital environments and solving complex cybersecurity challenges. While pursuing her studies in cybersecurity, she continues to expand her expertise in protecting sensitive information, strengthening security controls, and reducing cyber risk. Sophie enjoys playing video games, hiking scenic trails with her boyfriend, and spending time with their dog.
Meet Jalen
Jalen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and is passionate about helping clients and colleagues overcome technology challenges. He combines technical expertise with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on those he serves. Outside the office, Jalen enjoys fitness, sports, travel, exploring new experiences, and creating lasting memories with friends and family.
Meet Michaela
Michaela is passionate about IT and cybersecurity and is dedicated to helping organizations remain secure in an ever-changing threat landscape. She enjoys solving technical challenges, protecting users and data, and staying current with emerging technologies and security best practices. Outside the office, Michaela enjoys running, staying active, and exploring new places throughout the Washington, D.C., area.

Tim retired after many years of exceptional Help Desk support and dedicated service to our clients. He assisted users with troubleshooting technical challenges and everyday IT issues, always striving to deliver prompt, effective solutions. In Memory of Eric
Eric was a driving force at Computer Showcase for more than 30 years. His passion for fishing and dedication to environmental stewardship, particularly efforts supporting the Chesapeake Bay, inspired colleagues, clients, and friends alike. As a past president of the Coastal Conservation Association Maryland Greater Washington Chapter, Eric worked tirelessly to advocate for conservation and ecological causes. He cherished time with his wife and two sons and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
