Disaster Recovery

When it comes to disaster recovery, there are two kinds of companies: those that are prepared and the ones that are not. Making sure your company is prepared for any type of disaster is our job. We’ll make sure we have contingencies in place to recover rapidly no matter what the scenario. If you can’t afford any downtime, we’ll implement a high-availability solution that will make sure that never happens.

Data Center Facilities

We partner with premier data center facilities to offer a full array of services. If you are looking for a rack to co-locate servers for high availability, this is an affordable solution for you. Or, if you prefer to operate your servers on hosted converged infrastructure, that’s an option as well. We offer Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) as a turnkey solution.

Disaster Recovery as a Service provides a dedicated rack for equipment, as well as temporary work space for up to 50 employees. PCs, printers, copiers, and phones are provided as part of the service. The goal is to allow you to seamlessly continue full operations, despite losing the use of your office space.

Carrier Services

We offer data circuits from most major carriers. Just provide us with an address, and we can provide you with a quote for service. We’ll give you pricing options from several carriers based on the type of circuit and amount of bandwidth.

For business continuity and failover, we can help you mix and match types of internet transport to increase uptime. Because there’s no point in having a primary and a secondary circuit if both go down at the same time during an outage.

Once the circuits are provisioned, we can help setup dynamic routing for automatic failover from the primary to the backup circuit. Leveraging both physical and logical failover mechanisms ensures your employees stay connected to the internet and their cloud applications during an interruption in telecommunications service.

20-Hour Blocks of Time

For those who are not interested in entering into a monthly fixed-rate contract, we offer a support plan that is based on a block of hours. You draw down from your bank of hours as you use our consulting and support services. We bill in 15-minute increments for remote support and a minimum two hours for onsite support.

Managed Service Contracts

We offer comprehensive Managed Services Agreements that allow us to manage all aspects of your network. These contracts include network monitoring, security, patch management, helpdesk, strategic planning and annual budgeting, disaster recovery planning, asset management, vendor management, regular scheduled maintenance, and emergency response.

Time & Materials

This plan is for those who are just trying us out. You can engage with us for a project or to resolve a nagging problem. It gives you an opportunity to see how you like working with the Computer Showcase team. You are billed for services rendered, along with any equipment or materials used to complete the job.
